1. Definitions

• "We/Us/Our" means Lil Perk UK.
• "You/Your/Customer" means the individual or business placing an order.
• "Goods" means the party kits and other products sold on our site.
• "Distance Contract" means a contract formed exclusively by telephone, email or online means, without face-to-face contact.

2. Eligibility & Acceptance

1. We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason, including stock shortages or suspected fraud.

3. Ordering & Contract Formation

1. All orders are subject to availability and your payment being approved.
2. An order is deemed accepted—and a contract comes into existence—when we send you an Order Confirmation email.
3. If we cannot accept your order, we will notify you and issue a full refund where payment has been taken.

4. Pricing & Payment

1. All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT at the current UK rate.
2. Payment must be made by one of the methods displayed at checkout.
3. We take payment at the time of order.

5. Delivery & Risk

1. We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days of receipt.
2. Delivery estimates are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.
3. Risk in the Goods passes to you on delivery. Title passes when we receive payment in full.

6. Right to Cancel & Returns (Distance Selling Regulations)

Under UK distance selling rules you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your Goods, for any reason, and receive a full refund.

• How to cancel: Email support@lilperk.uk with your order number.
• Return shipping: You are responsible for return postage costs, unless the Goods are faulty.
• Condition: Goods must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
• Refund timing: We will refund within 14 days of receiving the returned Goods.

7. Faulty Goods & Consumer Remedies

If any Goods are faulty, you have the right to:

• A full refund
• Replacement
• Repair

8. Intellectual Property

All site design, text, graphics, logos, and images are our property or used under licence. You may not reproduce, modify, or redistribute without our written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

Except for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud, our liability for any loss or damage arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be limited to the price paid for the Goods.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
